at&T cruise ship plan??

I have an at&T phone for work, and I saw somewhere there's a way I can get a plan so I don't pay thru the nose while cruising? I know when I travel internationally it's $10/day (my company pays). Anyone know what the cruise options are? Going on vacation internationally or working there are no raised eyebrows (I need to stay in touch with the office even while vacationing) but it might seem weird to ask for cruise ship coverage so I at least want to know my options. thanks.
