PAYG option for Mr Sànchos still available?

We've been visiting Mr Sancho's for over 10 years since it was a sleepy beach bar that has maybe 10 families max visiting during the day so we ddo still like it. The All Inclusive is the thing there now but us there still an option fto PAYG?

 

My wife might have 1 liquor drink and I dont do alcohol so $55 is a waste for us so rather just order what we want.

 

I saw a YouTube video from June where there is an employee checking taxi occupants for reservation prior to entering the front gate. Does this mean no reservation, no entry?
