Costa Tropicale?

Does anyone know what happened to it? It no longer appears on Costa's website. Maybe it didnt in the first place, but I thought I remember seeing it.

I read somewhere that it was sold to a company in Australia effective December 2005, its last cruise was in October. It then travelled to Australia where it is to be refitted and put into service.

Snowblind is correct. The Costa Tropicale (formerly Carnival Tropicale) is now with sister-company P&O Australia and sails as the Pacific Star. Details can be found at the P&O Australia website.

 

The old Carnival Jubilee is also over there, sailing as the Pacific Sun. Their third ship, Pacific Sky, is the former Sky Princess.
