Wildcatfish Posted July 15, 2018 #1 Share Posted July 15, 2018 We are considering adding another person to our vacation. We currently have two people in one Boardwalk Balcony room, and a single in an Interior stateroom (paying double or 'single supplement'). They are "non refundable" reservations. Would it be better to add the person to the single room or the other room with two people? If someone is added is the original reservation cancelled? Any guidance is appreciated! Thank you! smplybcause Posted July 15, 2018 #2 Share Posted July 15, 2018 It's very likely that the balcony stateroom you're in isn't for more than 2 people so you might not be able to add a third unless you change rooms which would reprice it for everyone. Assuming the interior is not a solo cabin, adding a second person would only add the taxes and fees for the second person (unless there was some type of solo discount used when booked). There also might be a capacity issue adding an extra person to either room. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
Ourusualbeach Posted July 15, 2018 #3 Share Posted July 15, 2018 Chances are that your BW balcony with 2 people can only hold 2. This would require cancelling and getting a BW for 3. Is probably easiest just to add a second guest to the interior. You would only pay taxes and fees. Note. You may not even be able to do this if the muster station that the single cabin is in has reached lifeboat capacity.
