Can anyone tell me if it is possible to find my C & A number. I have only cruised once before with RCI (Rhapsody) and have recently moved house so have no idea what box my cruise records are in or how far down the pile still to be emptied ... anyone any ideas:D

When I had this issue I just called RCCL. After giving them my previous cruise info and my address, etc. they very easily found it. Hope this helps![emoji4]

You can also do a search on the website by using your birthday and name. Hope you enjoy your new home and why not book a cruise to celebrate.

Yep seconding above. I cruised once before and never created an account. I just called RCCL’s C&A line and gave them my birthday and name. They were able to look me up and give me my and my husband’s C&A numbers from our previous cruise.

I just did this a few days ago. I had only cruised RCI once before, 14 years ago. I called and they were able to pull it up in a few seconds based on my name, DOB, and where I lived at the time I cruised.
