gidgetgoes Posted August 28, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 28, 2018 We have a pool cabana booked for our Breakaway cruise over New Years. It reads as 4 people per. If we have four adults and one child, do you think they will allow our child to accompany us? He's 12, but will be in the pool the whole time. Thoughts? Rare Peachypooh Posted September 1, 2018 #2 Share Posted September 1, 2018 When we had a pool cabana sailing on the Jade it was for six people. Even if they limit it to four I think there is an option to pay $25 each to add a couple of people.
anonmom Posted September 16, 2018 #3 Share Posted September 16, 2018 Do you get wristbands or anything? Otherwise, I would think two adults and the child could go to the cabana and leave any stuff they want to leave there. Then the child could go swim and fifteen minutes later, the other two adults could arrive. If the 12 yo really is going to be swimming 95% of the time, and the adults will presumably be going back and forth to the pool at least a little, then there probably won't even be any time that there are more than 4 people at the cabana. I don't know how reasonable HC staff are about this type of situation, but it seems worth a try.
