genies90 Posted September 8, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 8, 2018 I will be traveling on a cruise with my family (12 of us) and visiting San Juan. We would like to go to Vivo Beach club for the day but the shore excursion is very expensive. Does anyone know if you can go there by taxi and just pay a day pass rate to get in and use the facilities?
pdc2013 Posted September 10, 2018 #2 Share Posted September 10, 2018 Most tours are closed to the public when ships arrive but not sure. I just posted in another thread about a new beach club package https://puertoricocruiseexcursions.com/excursion/san-juan-beach-break/ If you do go please let us know how it was, will be in San Juan in October again....... DeBlonde1 Posted September 28, 2018 #3 Share Posted September 28, 2018 Have you found any information on this? I sent them an email to see if I could find out more.
Stinger-pr Posted September 28, 2018 #4 Share Posted September 28, 2018 Vivo Beach club is a private club and membership is quite expensive. As far as I know, the only way to enjoy the facilities are either by membership or by excursion. Even for us local, promotions to access the Club as a non-member are extremely rare. So no, I don't think you can just show up and ask for a day pass.
DeBlonde1 Posted October 22, 2018 #5 Share Posted October 22, 2018 They finally got back to me after I messaged them twice on social media and said $40pp which includes a towel and a beach chair. There are cheaper options so we opted for something else.
