This did work for me. I completed our details on the iPad and then went back in on Macbook to see if could be replicated and it could. Thank you very much! I hope I remember it next time.

OMG, the SB website has driven me crazy!  Sometimes it seems to work and then it doesn't- all on the same computer.  I wonder if it doesn't like Macs?  They need to hire some better IT people.  I have pretty much given up trying to convey any preferences online & now just get my TA to call.
