Restricted Fare Higher than Flexible Regular Fare

Now that's interesting...just checking the price on a Nieuw Amsterdam sailing that we have already booked. HAL website lists the restricted fare as higher than the flexible / regular fare...and it is the higher restricted fare that shows up in the "Verandah from..." rate in the upper right hand corner.

And I noticed that Explore4 is no longer available for winter 2018/2019 cruises in the Caribbean.

Don't know if these are glitches or legitimate changes.

Maybe HAL has hit the limit of the number of Explore4 promotions per cruise already?
