Splash Parks in cold weather?

Hi

 

We're cruising on the Independence of the Seas in late October out of Southampton I think its the final cruise before the ship heads back to Miami for the winter. Obviously a cruise in Northern Europe in late October will likely have quite cool weather that's not really suitable for using the splash parks, but does anyone know if it will be operating regardless? Just wondered if there was a minimum temperature below which the slides etc will be closed.

I think that the Flowrider is open as long as the temp is at least 50, Fahrenheit (of course ;))

 

That may or may not help determine whether the splash zone will be open. :D
