Bus to Eagle Beach

Can someone tell me how to catch the bus to Eagle beach?  How long does it take to get there. Am I better off getting a taxi? How much is a taxi to Eagle beach?

The bus is $2.60 / pp each way.  The bus terminal is right across the street from the cruise terminal.  You can get a two way pass for $5.  Otherwise, the bus driver will give you change back in Florin if you don't have exact change.  From the terminal downtown, it will take 15-30 minutes depending on crowds, stops, traffic, etc.  A cab is about $10-15 each way.
