Does the Breeze dock at Havensite?  If we have a tour leaving at 12 what time is that ship time?

Carnival usually docks at Havensight.

St Thomas is one hour ahead of EST. I don't remember ever doing a time change going to St Thomas so I would guess 11am ship time. (?)

Are you doing a private tour? Ask your tour company for assistance to make sure you don't confuse the time they are going by.
