Changing Classic to non-alcoholic package

We currently have Classic drinks as a perk and are considering changing one or both packages to premium Non alcoholic package.    We rarely consume alcohol, beer or wine.  Think we will be okay with the package of soda,  premium bottled water from Evian, Perrier & San Pellegrino, specialty coffees & organic teas, non-alcoholic frozen drinks & smoothies, Red Bull Energy Drink, coconut water and offerings from Vitamin Water   .   

When is best time to do this,  before cruise or onboard ship?

There's no guarantee that this can be done, and as far as I know, there is no way to do it ahead of the cruise.

 

What I have gathered from posters on Cruise Critic is that Guest Relations MAY be able to accommodate this request, but you have to have NOT used the Classic package for any drinks before you make the request.  So after you board,  go right away to Guest Relations and ask if you can change.
