Mobile page banner hidden

I had a fair bit of trouble accessing CC boards on my pc this morning. The CC banner login would not accept my login and the boards login was not visible. Eventually, after clearing all CC cookies a few times I was able to login using the CC banner login.

 

While struggling with my pc I thought to try my mobile. Even worse! The blue background of the page banner is now hidden by a two line CC banner. Eventually I figured out that the white text on the page banner is present below the CC banner. Of course it is not visible being white on white. At least I think that is what is going on since I was then able to get the page banner menu to display by tapping top right below the 2 line CC banner. Eventually I was able to login. However, the login window appeared underneath the black page menu which made things quite tricky.

 

The mobile version in Android Chrome is not really useable as I am having extreme difficulty getting to my streams. Can anyone help?
