Problem entering own flight info into cruise personalizer

Just about always I handle my own transfers as well. However if you read my earlier posts I mentioned that the transfer was included i.e. I did not pay any more for it.

I always book my own air and I never enter flight info into Princess system.  I simply tell Princess when I want to depart at the end of the cruise, when I am on board.  They always send a form to be completed a day or two into the cruise, that I turn into customer service desk.  I mark it as independent traveler and state what time I wish to depart.    Really do not see any reason to provide flight info to Princess.
