Set Sail pass questions?

This is our first cruise with Royal Caribbean after doing 8 Carnival cruises, I noticed On our set sail sail pass it only has the last 3 digits of our room number and our deck number. is this normal? Also it has a arrival time as 12:00 to 12:30 can we board earlier if we arrive sooner?

Yes that is normal and yes you can board earlier.

The combination of the deck number and those three digits is your cabin number.
