Bon Voyage Pkg

We are sailing with the Royal on Jan 19th. I was looking st the Bon Voyage Pkg that we can pre order, assuming it would be delivered to our room prior to our arrival. However, I have read threads that say alcohol won’t be pre delivered. Is this the case? Or can I request it be delivered? I did this with our Alaska cruise several years ago and I thought sure it was there when we arrived, but honestly can’t be sure.

They have a card in your room and you call room service to have it delivered.

They will not pre deliver it.

There will be a voucher in your stateroom.

You need to call room service to request delivery when you will be there.........and have the voucher there when RS arrives.
