Cruise Summary showing wrong cabin description

On our upcoming Star cruise, our online Cruise Summary is describing our aft SF cabin as a Forward (SE) cabin:

 

Forward-Facing Penthouse with Large Balcony

• STATEROOM: 9236
• DECK #: 9
• CATEGORY: 
• APPROX SIZE: 495-587 Sq Ft
• VIEW: Suite
• ACCOMMODATES: 3

 

Assuming this is just a website glitch.   It was ok a week ago and the cabin # and category (SF) are still correct.

Anyone else seeing this type of error?

You did not mention when you were cruising - NCL is changing cabin categories and the penthouses on decks 8,9, and 10 are being put into new categories They are making the penthouses on deck 10 in a separate category from those on 8 and 9. This change is happening in the Fall of 2020 - if your cruise is prior to that it is probably a computer glitch associated with the website changes and perhaps this category change.

 

Or perhaps you got an upgrade

That was my thought as well - a glitch associated with the category updates.  This is a March cruise in a couple of months

so the category changes shouldn't affect it.   Also not looking for an upgrade lol.

If you booked directly with NCL call them up.  I find they are very helpful.  If not call your TA.

Interesting - I just looked at the cabin categories  for deck 9 (deck 10 will be different)

Current - SE - forward suite , SF - aft suite

New - SF - forward - SN aft suite

 

probably a computer glitch - but a phone call would not hurt.
