Bottle prices

What are the bottle prices for liquor you can take to your room? Capt Morgan or a bottle of decent vodka. (we will be on the Fantasy)

From what I have learned, you can't purchase any booze to take back to your room once on board.

 

However, I have heard that you can purchase booze via "bon voyage" before the cruise to be sent to your room. I have heard that the price is at least double full retail. That is, if you normally pay $20 (full retail, not on sale or discounted), then expect to pay about $45.

 

I haven't inquired at Carnival myself, so I really don't know first hand.

Any liquor you buy once on board the ship is "held" until the night before debarkation

True.:o You can't purchase any liquor while on board and take it back to your cabin. It will be delivered to you the night before debarkation. However, on the last evening, you CAN purchase and take it to your cabin.

 

Venture is correct about the Bon Voyage liquor - check the "Gifts and Services" dept. on the Carnival website.$$

I don't know that it is double the going price on everything... just call the boy voyage dept and check. I know a Litre of Grey Goose is $55... so not quite double, but a little on the high side.
