Bag Tags Where No Cabin Yet Assigned

We are a few days from sailing on Carnival and are yet to have a stateroom assigned.  I understand that assignment could come as late as when we arrive at the pier.  What about luggage tags?  Right now they say "TBA" (To be assigned).  Is this going to work?  Thanks for any help.

The porters will have a list of names and cabin numbers.  Check with them.  I don't know if they'll accept bags with TBA on them.  I would be afraid my bags would be the last to be delivered.

The porters will check their list and tag your bags with your cabin number.
