Help with novel research

Hi fellow cruisers:

I have never been on a Hawaiian cruise but I am writing a novel in which my characters embark on one. Any insights or neat things to add would be greatly appreciated. Specifically, the five days at sea traveling from California. What the heck do people do for that long on the ship? The book is an erotic romance so any suggestions along that line would also be great. I'm not sure how censored this board is so I will tread lightly on that subject.
