Grab something to eat, grab a drink, explore the ship, drop your stuff off in your room when it's ready. Our favorite thing to do on embark day is to sip on a FunShip in the atrium while watching people board.

We always go to the lobby bar as soon as we board and enjoy watching people boarding the ship. I missed doing that on our cruise last month on Miracle, since the layout of Spirit class ships doesn’t allow you to do that.
