Tendering on the Epic

I hope someone can help me.  We are on the Epic soon and I’m trying to figure out where and when to get tender tickets for Grand Cayman.  I have read many threads that are very conflicting and just wondered if anyone has been on the Epic recently.  We are scheduled in port at 8 and I have an outside excursion that meets at 9.   I’m not even sure if we will make it in time. Thanks!

We were able to use the touch screens to order our tickets the night before.  Not sure if it’s changed since last January.

 

 If you’re platinum or Haven you get priority tender tickets.

You can book once on the ship, go to a kiosk and do it.  You can also book in your cabin on the tv.

If you have problems, go to the Box Office when it first opens and tell them what you need.  Do it when you get on the ship do not wait like our friend did.  Did not get off at GSC until 12 and the ship left at 3.

Get an early tender time using the touch screen kiosk. If you go during "prime time" it will take you a while to get ashore. Last time we were on the Epic, from the time we joined the line to the time we got to the dock was over 45 minutes.
