Scot born Posted February 11, 2019 Author #29 Share Posted February 11, 2019 I am still having the same issue 😫Called UK customer service MSC and first thing they said was "we know we are having problems so how can I help you? " explained how long I have been out of my account and what error message I was getting. Response was oh ( not reassuring) then was asked to send an email with error message attached.
