Traffic Alert if Leaving from or Arriving at Terminal 2, Port Everglades

For this weekend (Friday 2/15 through Sunday 2/17)

 

If you are leaving from or arriving at terminal 2 (or 4) this weekend, you may not want to use the Eisenhower Blvd. entrance to Port Everglades.

 

TRAFFIC ALERT (from www.porteverglades.net)
Motorists may encounter heavy traffic with possible delays in the Northport by the Convention Center starting Friday, February 15 due to the upcoming road races on Fort Lauderdale beach. Motorists and cruise guests may want to avoid the Port’s Eisenhower Blvd. entrance at SE 17th St., and instead use the Port’s other two entrances at I-595/Eller Dr. or Spangler Blvd. at State Road 84 and US 1 (Federal Hwy).

• Friday, February 15 - 3 to 8 PM
Publix Health & Fitness Expo/Race Package Pick-Up at the Convention Center for the A1A Marathon and Half Marathon
• Saturday, February 16 - 10 AM to 6 PM
Publix Health & Fitness Expo/Race Package Pick-Up continues
• Sunday, February 17 6 AM – noon
A1A Marathon and Half Marathon to take place on Fort Lauderdale beach
