skfritz Posted April 4, 2019 #1 Posted April 4, 2019 (edited) If you're like me and you want to read every available bit of information you can get your hands on before you set sail, please allow me to drop a TON of useful stuff into your lap! I saved the Ship Dailies from all five days of my cruise on the Norwegian Sky (Feb 13-18, 2019) that made port in Key West, Freeport, Great Stirrup Cay, and Nassau. I also took photos of some menus from the main dining rooms, a drink menu, a spa services list, and the excursions price list. If you're looking for even more information, I wrote a pretty extensive review of the cruise, which you can check out here! I cover the general experience from the perspective of a first-time cruiser, with lots of photos of the ship and our excursions. Right, let's get started! The Dailies: These get dropped off in your cabin every afternoon, so that you can decide what you want to do the following day. Day 1: Miami Day 2: Key West Day 3: Freeport Day 4: Great Stirrup Cay Day 5: Nassau Debarkation Day: Excursions Price List: One of these will be available in your stateroom on the first day, but you can also get a copy at the Excursions Desk in the Atrium. Mandara Spa Price List: I got this from the spa itself; there was not a price list left in our cabin. Drink Menu: Taken at the Topsider's Bar next to the pool. Wine Menu: This is not the entire thing. There is a more extensive menu, this was just a featured bit. Main Dining Rooms Menus (Crossings and The Palace): The menus are the same at both locations, but they do change on a daily basis. Lunch at The Palace: Atlantic Chowder: Fried Chicken: Dinner at Crossings: Smoked mozzarella ravioli: Whole-roasted Pork Lion (really good, definitely recommend): Herb-crusted Rotisserie Chicken: Grilled Strip Steak (I asked for asparagus instead of fries, and they gladly made the switch): Dinner at Crossings: Minestrone Soup (a bit bland for my liking): Asian Spareribs (I would order a whole meal of these): Almond-Crusted Ruby Red Trout (strangely acidic? Don't think I'd order it again): Chocolate Lava Cake (so good!): I hope that this has been helpful for some of you!! If there's other information that you're looking for but can't find, I'd love to know so I can gather useful stuff the next time I'm cruising Norwegian! Cheers, everyone! Happy cruising! tokidoki Posted April 4, 2019 #2 Posted April 4, 2019 thanks soooo much! Just printed out the dallies, really helps when I sail next month. 1
lwk671 Posted April 5, 2019 #3 Posted April 5, 2019 Thanks! This is amazing. My kids' number 1 question as we look forward to our April 15 sailing is "Do they have an all-day self-serve soft-serve machine?" This feature was a big hit for them on DCL. 🍦 But I saw there was a Harry Potter trivia contest, so if that's part of our cruise they will be happy. 1

I posted a photo of the inside stateroom we stayed in, in the review I wrote for this cruise. The link is in the second paragraph of this post if you want to check it out! There's also some pictures of the public areas of the ship that were refurbished.
dales wife Posted April 16, 2019 #6 Posted April 16, 2019 Would you happen to have the menu for “The Local” Bar? Can’t remember what the former name was, but it’s my husband’s fav place for comfort food.

I just checked with the friend I cruised with, and he doesn't have it either, even though we definitely went a couple times in the evening (like 9pm and later). All I can remember is that they had Ruebens and chicken wings, which isn't really helpful at all, except that the barbecue chicken wings were pretty delicious. 1
aeraen Posted April 27, 2019 #9 Posted April 27, 2019 Wow! I can't tell you how helpful this is. I have celiac disease and seeing what menu items are listed as gluten free (I recognize the symbol) in advance really helps!
