Different Take On Drink Pkg Question

So I fortunately(or unfortunately depending on how you look at it) made prime tier in the Casino Royal program last cruise.

 

This will allow me free drinks in the casino, however I do not believe my wife will also receive that benefit so I would be looking at getting her the deluxe drink package.

 

Will they make me either buy the deluxe or the refreshment package for myself. Obviously the break even point changes considerably when I do the bulk of my cruise drinking in the casino anyways.

Yes, they will make you buy another package.  You may be able to get the soda package onboard, but most often they want you to get at least the Refreshment package.

I was just on the phone this morning with Club Royale. Husband and I are Prime. We have a cruise that has lots of port days so Casino will be closed a lot. I bought a deluxe drink package for husband and I got the refreshment package.
