Need ideas for surprising teens on cruise

If it were me, I'd want a credit. Maybe it's "you get $250 to do whatever you want". Spa, photos, excursion, etc?

I'm putting together a goody bag with a number of things suggested in this thread, and I think a $100 gift card for each will be in there. We've already booked excursions and we'll pick up smaller things like sodas and coffees, but that'll give them some spending money for on-board shopping or photos.
