How common is this? Sail Away Mini Suite cheaper than Ocean View

Was perusing  the NCL website for a potential early 2020 cruise out of NOLA & spotted this:

How often are mini suites this cheap from your experience?  Unfortunately I cannot take advantage as just getting back from late September Carnival Cruise.  Seems like a steal even with the likely obstructed view.

That’s an amazing price for a mini-suite.  It’s on the Getaway, and to my knowledge they don’t any mini-suites with obstructed views on the Getaway.  Great deal for someone who can take advantage of it.
