jwindham Posted May 8, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 8, 2019 My friend and I travel a lot together but I am not retired and she is. We do not have our next cruise together until next February. However she is going solo this August to Italy on the Sirena. We want to do a Transatlantic in March of 2021 and know those tend to book up fast. Does anyone know if there would be any issue with her signing us both up in August and let her get the OBC and we both get the reduced deposit? I will not be there then but will be on the new booking. Thanks for any insight. Julia
CruisingIGo Posted May 8, 2019 #2 Share Posted May 8, 2019 Good news for you. I recently booked on board for a 2020 cruise. I did 2 bookings.....one for me & hubby and a separate booking for sister-in-law & hubby. I received 2 x $100 OBC for the current cruise. I paid 4 x $250 deposit for my credit card. There are 2 Oceania booking numbers.
jwindham Posted May 8, 2019 Author #3 Share Posted May 8, 2019 Thanks so much. I figured she could book us both but thought it good to ask. Our agent is sick right now so just came to the great people here. Julia
Rare Acrusa Posted May 8, 2019 #4 Share Posted May 8, 2019 Looking at a 2021 cruise but won't be able to book on board until my up coming cruise in Feb 2020. If I book this cruise now through my TA do you think I can cancel on board then re book on board?
