coloradocruiselover88 Posted June 7, 2019 #26 Share Posted June 7, 2019 So funny, they told me my password was too strong and I needed to change it in order to get back into my account and book cruises and check on reservations......the also said as a result of the upgrade folks that had J's or N's or special characters in their password were impacted as well. Go figure in today's world that a password was too strong........

If I cancelled a cruise when booking from the UK, my full deposit would be totally lost. Yikes! That does not seem fair. One of the benefits here of booking very early for a cruise is the opportunity to cancel without penalty if beyond 120 days of sailing. We like to book very early, like more than a year out, to get the cabin we want. I have to say we have never canceled anything we have booked so far out though but nice to have that option.
