I tried to book a new cruise on Rc website last night but my card declined twice.When i checked ny bank i had been charged a deposit twice .What number do i call to sort this out please thanks

I. Thought somone might know a customer service number,i tried last night it was 1 for new bookings 2 for existing i wasnt sure which one i have no booking ref

Are they pending charges on your credit card or bank account?  If the transaction wasn't successful from the merchant's perspective those pending charges will fall off in a couple of days depending on your bank's policy for pending charges that don't actually finalize.

 

At least that is how it works in North America.

I agree with twangster that those are most likely just pending transactions, and not actual transactions. And will therefore fall off in a few days. But you can always call Royal to see if a booking actually went through. Just pick the option for existing bookings.
