I like to have wine at dinner and prefer red but it was aggravating my ARD so I switched to white which helped. And as also mentioned, drink plenty of water. I'm thinking it is more important on the Caribbean cruises due to the heat. I usually average about 5-7 drinks per day and I have never woke up feeling bad. I spread it out through the day, make sure I eat plenty (haha, needs not to be said on a cruise), drink plenty of water and I also try to walk around and take the stairs as much as possible which probably helps it leave the system quicker.
