Millie what time disembark in Venice?

Hi seeing as the ship actually docks at noon the previous day, what time can you leave the ship for disembarkation? Does it clear customs the previous day or is it just like normal?

We disembarked at 6:20am the following day (flight at 11:10am) It looked like anyone who was flying out that day left really early. The earliest disembarkation time was 5;45am, I'm not sure of the latest, maybe about 9:00am.
