One day Seattle to Vancouver

Does anyone know if the casino is open on the one day cruise Seattle to Vancouver?  We are on the Star on October 6th.

I've done three (two Vancouver to Seattle and one Seattle to Vancouver) and the casino was not open on any of them. The cruise never leaves inland waterways - from Seattle you will cruise to off Port Angeles where you'll drop the Seattle / Puget Sound pilot, then across to off Victoria where you will pick up the BC Pilot, and then up the Strait of Georgia to Vancouver.

I did one last year and the casino didn't open. Which is fine I'd lost enough the seven days prior.
