Dining on Connie

I have looked far and wide and just need clarification...is Qsine still operating on the Connie?

I see the only Specialty Resturants on the Connie are Tuscan Grille, Qsine and Sushi on Five...was hoping

Le Grand Bistro might have appeared?

Le Grand  Bistro  is only on the Edge.  Not sure if Qsine is still on the Connie, I don’t think it was converted to LPC and personally hope they don’t change it.
