Marmalade, but only open for dinner.

 

In OSJ, the next best place would be Triana Tapas. Think they open around noon.  Flamenco at night.

Barachina is supposed to make a very good paella.  Never had it there.

In Condado, a taxi ride from the pier, there are several great places: Solera, Oceano, Condal Tapas, Cayo Blanco, and others.
