Can you still cancel within 24 hours without a penalty?  If so, I would wait until I got on board to try and get a better price and then cancel.  This would only work if your reservation wasn't the first or possibly the second night.

I believe they charge something like $10 if you cancel within 24 hours once you are onboard.
