Cabin 933 on Silver Shadow

1 have been allocated cabin 933 on the 19 December 2019 Silver Shadow cruise. Does anyone know what the balcony is like? Is there any obstruction? Should I ask to change rooms? Haven’t been on the Shadow for 10yrs and was on deck 5. 

Also will there be anything special happening on a Christmas cruise? Is the ship decorated?

Having done 2 Christmas cruises

 

 

Yes,  the ship is decorated and some people also hang decorations on their door.  Christmas night is usually formal, and very glitzy as is NYE.  They usually have a service on Christmas morning and there are carols.   Santa also makes an appearance.
