Questions: Online Check-in and Onboard Credit

Hi all,

I have two questions for you.

 

First: I started my online check-in for my December cruise tonight. We are traveling with Enhanced IDs, rather than passports. I selected this option in the pull-down menu and moved to the field to enter my "Document" number (i.e. Enhanced ID License). The Michigan ID is 13 digits long, but the field only accepts 12 digits. Anyone else run into this?What was the resolution?

 

2nd: A few weeks back, I cashed in my BOA RCI credit card points for onboard credit. I know it won't appear until a few weeks before departure, but where will I see it when it does populate? Is it in an obvious location on my reservation? Or will I need to work to find it? We're waiting to purchase beverage packages with the credit.

I'd enter the first 12 digits.  They will confirm the ID at check-in.

 

The OBC will show up as soon as you enter the Cruise Planner.

Don't know about the enhanced I'd but the obc from your visa usually doesn't appear until a few weeks before your cruise.  It usually shows when you sign in.
