I know the website is always problematic.  I found out from my TA that my partner's information was  not saved. I have been trying for 45 minutes to enter in passport, flight and cc number.  I keep getting a HTTP 403 Forbidden.  Are others having this issue?   I got a survey that popped up in the midst of my labors asking for feedback and if I needed help.  No phone call yet but I can't get this information entered.  Luckily we have 27 days to go.    😠

I had similar problems a week ago and ended up calling customer service to finish up the process.

Fortunately there was no wait for customer service and they got everything entered in quickly.  I wish I had done so earlier.
