Booking online or over the phone with Celebrity

For the last many-many years we've been booking cruises while on board and then we had a 90-day window to transfer the bookings to our Travel Agent.

Does the same rule apply if I book a cruise online or over the phone with Celebrity? Will I be able to transfer it to my TA?

Yes but the time limit is 60 days with any booking.
