We are sailing on the Panorama soon and I was curious how the tv speakers work on the equipment.  Do you connect headphones with Bluetooth or do you need to bring headphones that will plug directly into the treadmill tv? If so, what type of plug in do you need?  Also, do they have scales on the ship?  I lost a lot of weight recently and I want to keep a close eye if I start gaining to keep my weight in check. Thanks

Regular headphones and there is always a scale

Congratulations on your weight loss 🙂   Keep in mind there may be some gain from fluid retention, and scales can reflect differently at sea (or just be calibrated differently than your home scales).  Try to get a base reading early to reflect more accurate changes during the cruise.
