Any Surcharges for Taxi's during Mardi Gras?

We're sailing the week before Mardi Gras, and doing the park and cruise from Maison St. Charles. We've always taken a taxi to the port. I was wondering if they raise the prices for the taxi's during the Mardi Gras event weeks?

I believe taxi charges are regulated. Uber and Lyft can add congestion pricing and might increase their rates during Mardi Gras.
