Getting a Taxi With a Wheelchair

We will need to get from the airport to our hotel and then to the cruise terminal (RCI) and DH has a wheelchair. Are there taxis that are able to take wheelchairs? His chair doesn't fold flat so I'm a little concerned about being able to get around.

Unfortunately, there are very few options for wheelchair accessible transportation in Puerto Rico and it is not inexpensive.  We have used Adames Transportation (most recently in 2018)

http://www.adamesluxurytransp.com/vehicles.html     and also Rico SunTours  (in 2014 & 2015) http://rstpuertorico.com/#services

However, both times we used them for private tours and not just for airport / cruiseport transfers.   They both had vehicles with lifts and wheelchair tiedowns.

You may find other options discussed in this blog.   https://www.curbfreewithcorylee.com/2014/07/31/wheelchair-accessible-san-juan/
