When can I check on cruise planner if my dining time was switched to MTD

If you are able to make MTD dining reservations then you are assigned to MyTime.  See if the Cruise Planner lets you.  Otherwise you would need to call and get a printout mailed to you (although whoever booked you should be able to look it up).

If you booked direct with Royal, you can use this automated number to get a copy of your booking confirmation, which will show many more details of your booking than you see on Royal's website:

Keep checking your Cruise Planner, the various items show up at seemingly random times.

I can see that in my Liberty reservation for Mid May, so @gold should see theirs soon enough

 

But I can also see it in the App😉

Also check your Order History in the Cruise Planner for any reservations that may have been made.
