On Board Credits - My Account

When I purchased my cruise through a TA, I received a couple of on-board credits. Just over a week away from cruising and wondering when these credits will be reflected in “My Account”.

If you're referring to your Onboard Account, the credits should be there the first day.  If not, give it another day and then if still not there go to the Front Desk (or concierge if you have that option).  Take documentation proving the OBC with you.

 

If you're referring to My Account on the HAL website, you won't see it at all because you booked through a TA.  Only the TA can see it prior to the cruise.

We always book through a TA and any shipboard credit we got from her, Carnival or American Express never showed up on HAL's "My Account".

 

She would send us a copy detailing all the shipboard credits we were due and I would make extra copies to take with us.
