Wild Westfjords tour experience?

Thinking about using Wild Westfjords for tours in Seydisfjordur and Akureyi.  I'm seeking feedback from those who have experienced their tours and also from those who had to cancel a tour and what their refund experience was like.  Thanks so much.

Lots of reviews of them on TripAdvisor.

 

Pretty much every LOCAL tour agency in Iceland is good.  If they weren't they would quickly go out of business.  Avoid third party companies, though

We did the Puffins , Elves and More tour  with them in Seydisfjordur and they were great . There were only 6 on the tour .
