cruisingnewtoit Posted March 1, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 1, 2020 Hi all Our Divina cruise went down in price. CSR cancelled out our booking and started a new one. This will mess up our travel insurance since I paid for it within 14 days of my initial booking to avoid pre existing condition clause. He had to send accounting an email to transfer our deposit to the new booking. I also have to re submit my govt ID so I can get the 10% discount. Anyone have a different experience with a price change with MSC?

Thanks for the info On my X cruises I kept the same booking # & the dates changed for an invoice when I re fared. The original booking date stayed the same. My guess is prices will go down again. I will ask my travel insurance to apply my current policy to the new booking. Hopefully I can keep doing this. For new MSC cruises I will buy the policy 60 days out which I can do.
