Spending the day in Vancouver after a cruise/Where to leave suitcases?

Recommended Posts

We are planning on spending a day in Vancouver after getting off of our cruise in May prior to having to go to the airport for an 8:00 PM flight.  Any ideas on where we could leave our luggage for the day?  Does the HOHO bus stop near the cruise port?  Any suggestions?

There is a baggage service that will accept your bags, take them to the airport and then you pickup the bags from their counter at the airport.  That is one option.

The cruise ship terminal is actually one level of a multi-level building complex that includes the main convention center, a hotel called the Pan-Pacific and a small office block.

Many people have reported success going up to the bell-hops at the Pan-Pacific, leaving your bags there and picking them up at the end of the day.   There is an elevator that will take you to street level where the bell hops are.

The HOHO stops directly in front of the PanPacific.  Depending on what your looking to do and where you want to go you may not even need the HOHO service as your in the downtown core.

Addressed in many threads here.  Pan Pacific hotel is the cheapest option, and possibly most flexible.  $5 (CDN, mind you) per bag and a friendly hello with a smile and the bellhop will store your bag for as long as needed for that day.  I had a midnight flight, stashed my bag there and picked it up after I had dinner to then head to Waterfront Station to grab the Skytrain to the airport.
